Using the guidelines set up by the United States government for career assessment, we developed a computerised career programme that searches this database and finds the best career matches for you. We look for an 88% match and higher.
Comparing our recent blind studies that we conducted with career counselors, who use the more traditional tests, the results indicated we match exactly for both careers and personality. The major difference is that our assessments were made from photographs and we only ask five questions. These we would not ask if we were to meet in person. Plus we offer additional insight into your innate abilities and personality strengths and challenges
